United Airlines returns to Norway on May the 20th, with Bergen‘s only long-haul flight, the first time that the Norwegian city is connected non-stop to the US since Oct. 2018. Furthermore, United last served Norway in Sept. 2016, when its Newark-Oslo service was terminated. The Newark-Bergen operation is highly summer-seasonal: all flights are by 169-seat B757-200s, and it will run for just 19 weeks, three times per week, with the last departure scheduled on Sept. 27th.
