Sweden’s public health authority ‘Folkhälsomyndigheten’ has published the latest recommendations for children and young people’s screen use, including details on what they are based on and how they better be used. The main points are that children under the age of two should not be exposed to any screens whatsoever, while teenagers should have no more than three hours of screen time a day.
