Tampere (Finland). The ‘Festival of Light’ opening ceremony will take place this evening at 7pm in Koskipuisto park. The event culminates in the Dancing Waters performance which can be viewed until November 3rd as well. The ‘Window Walkabout’ will feature live performers today and tomorrow, from 18-21. After this, 40 windows (which do not feature live performers) can be viewed in Tampere until 3 November.
