The leaders discussed the recent damage to submarine cables in the Baltic Sea, attributed to Russian sabotage, and support for Ukraine. The meeting is part of Denmark’s efforts to secure the support of its allies against US President Donald Trump, who has recently stated that he wants to buy (or occupy) Greenland.
