It’s been over a decade since múm last released a full-length album, and now they’re back with History of Silence, a beautifully strange and shimmering new chapter in their ever-curious sonic journey. The album, which will be released this September, is built across time zones, weather patterns, and seasons, drifting between analogue warmth and digital dust, with songs that shimmer quietly and linger long after they end. It’s múm at their finest: fragile but fearless, minimal but packed with feeling. To mark the occasion, múm will bring their kaleidoscopic sound to Harpa for a rare and intimate live show; woven together with strings, synths, silence, and surprises.
