The Covid-19 pandemic has interrupted many scientific missions in the Arctic, including the field season of the East Greenland Ice Core Project (EGRIP) hat since 2015 has measured the movements of glaciers in Greenland. Its 30–35 international scientists study how fast-moving glaciers will contribute to future sea-level change.
