Thomas and Thomas are both thirty-something actors living in Paris who decide to leave the city and fly away to Kullorsuaq, 444 inhabitants, one of the most remote villages of Greenland, where Thomas’ father Nathan lives. The elderly gentleman has been living in this archaic place for years Among the Inuit community, where time seems to have stood still and people hunt seals like their ancestors did. For the two actors, encountering the Inuit community and its rules is initially a culture shock: no alcohol, no sewage system, raw meat. But little by little they succumb to the charms of the locals, far more than they might like. Directed by Sébastien Betbeder, ‘The journey to Greenland’ is a refreshingly whimsical culture clash comedy at the end of the world, and it is also a sequel to two previous short movies by Betbeder:
