Compared to previous years, the Finnish trade deficit increased significantly in 2022: the deficit in the trade with EU countries was 4.9 billion euros; with non-EU countries was of 5.9 billion euros, for a total amount of 10.8 billion euros, more than twice the 2021 deficit (4.0 billion euros).
