The quarterfinals program of the IIHF ‘Ice Hockey World Championship’ 2023 will see Finland facing the Canada powerhouse (Nokia Arena, Tampere) and Sweden playing against Latvia (Arena Riga). Of the Nordic countries lot, Norway and Denmark (the latter after a very promising beginning of the tournament) did not make it through the preliminary groups.
