The catch of Icelandic vessels in September 2023 was about 119.3 thousand tonnes, 1% more than in September last year. Demersal catch was 32 thousand tonnes and pelagic catch was 85 thousand tonnes. In the 12 month period from October 2022 to September 2023 the overall catch was 1,368 thousand tonnes which is 10% less than in the same period one year earlier.
