Icelandair and Play saw dozens of flights cancelled or delayed both on the 18th night and on the 19th, due to the southeasterly windstorm that hit Iceland. Icelandair delayed all US flights and cancelled 19 flights to Europe and all domestic flights. Play postponed scheduled flights from Barcelona and Madrid for Keflavík, cancelled 7 scheduled flights to Europe, and delayed flights to Tenerife and Copenhagen.
