Denmark, with support from Microsoft, has launched a framework for the responsible use of AI in line with the EU’s new AI Act. The guidance, developed by Netcompany and public partners, sets standards for companies in regulated industries, including risk mitigation, bias reduction and training. Microsoft has signed on, highlighting the value of public-private collaboration to ensure safe digitalisation. The Danish model aims to be a benchmark for other countries in preparation for EU standards that will come into force in 2026.
