Ásthildur Lóa Þórsdóttir, Iceland’s Minister of Education and Children’s Affairs, has resigned after RÚV reported on her past relationship with a 15-year-old boy when she was 22. The relationship, which occurred over thirty years ago, resulted in the birth of a child.
