Mind Your Own Business is a Denmark-based organisation that aims to help boys aged 13 to 19, from vulnerable areas, through entrepreneurship: at work, the boys strengthen their professional and social competencies and gain a stronger connection to the education system and the labour market. The scheme brings opportunities for participants that are facing numerous hardships and challenges while growing up. MYOB is based on four overarching principles: 1. empowerment 2. the socially beneficial 3. personal development 4. collaboration with the business community. MYOB was brought to Greenland in 2019, and since then several dozen teenagers have gone through the programme, thus learning the basics of running a micro-business with help from volunteers and mentors from the local business community.
