As for the two other Nordic countries in Group I of the ‘President’s Cup’: Iceland performed well, with three straight victories, whereas Greenland ended the tournament with no victories:

The Nordic joint bid included the following six host cities: Herning, Frederikshavn (Denmark), Stavanger, Trondheim (Norway), Helsingborg and Gothenburg (Sweden).
