Emily Gernild is a visual artist, best known for her paintings that combine abstract dreamlike elements with classical still life subjects and composition. Noted for her bold colour palette and autobiographical subject matter, Emily’s work has been exhibited widely in Europe and acquired by several prestigious institutions in Scandinavia, including Trapholt Museum of Modern Art and Canica Art Collection, Norway.
